About: Leisa is a London based freelance User Experience Consultant who specialises in user research, interaction design, information architecture and usability grounded in User Centered Design methodologies. She has a particular interest in social presence and collaboration in particular the intersection between design and research practices and Agile development methodologies. Leisa works with large companies and agencies to help re-configure their methodologies to embrace both design and collaboration within Agile environments.
